the click
the dialtone
this means "goodnight" to me
he sleeps with me
inside his mind
inside his heart
he is instilled in mine
the last i'll feel
the last i'll know
the last man i'll ever need
or want
i'm awake
in the silence of my bedroom
i close my eyes
i can't feel his warmth
but it's inside me
pieces of him are now seen in me
parts of him i've taken in
he is solacing
his love is simple
anything I could imagine love to be
but more
amazing
awesome
and all undescribable
his kiss won't leave my lips
thoughts of him won't leave my head
and my love for him
will never cease to exist
